Monday – Masks

A Pillar a Day for COVID Prevention. Masks on Monday, Tests on Tuesday, Clean Air on Wednesday, Vaccines on Thursday, Virtual Options on Friday.

Questions and answers about proper masking practices. You should wear a mask as much as possible whenever you may be exposed to the virus.

Is it okay to reuse a mask? Yes, N95, FFP2, KF94 and KN95 masks can be reused.

How much do N95/KN95/KF94/FFP2 masks cost? They typically range in price from less than $1 to about $3 per mask.

Tuesday – Tests

A pillar a day for COVID prevention. Tuesday is tests.

Levels of Protection - Testing. Level 1: Twice weekly surveillance testing. Level 2: Daily testing with NAAT. Level 3: Twice daily testing with NAAT.

Wednesday – Clean Air

A Pillar a Day for COVID Prevention. Tuesday: Clean Air

Levels of Protection: Air Quality. Level 1: ACH of 6 using a combination of ventilation and HEPA purification. Level 2: ACH of 12 or higher. Level 3: Analyzing air flows.

Adding air purification for reducing COVID-19 risks. True HEPA purifier and/or DIY Corsi Rosenthal box (with MERV-13+ filters)

Determine a room's ventilation using a CO2 Monitor.

Thursday – Vaccination
