Cat Fraser

Cat has worked extensively across the global creative startup, digital, data, marketing, innovation and transformation corporate, consultancy and agency world, including for 10% of the FTSE 100. Between 2010-18 she developed a specialism in delivering social data-led strategy and research services to global creative and PR agencies for their global brand and enterprise clients (including Toyota, Reckitt Benckiser, L’Oreal, Disney US, AstraZeneca, HSBC, Unilever, Mondelez Int, GSK).
In 2014, whilst living and working in Australia Cat started “re-imagining everything” and thinking about a new consultancy model.
Back in the UK she launched one of the first online global innovation communities with her network of futurists, strategists, community leaders and academics and developed a new creative methodology for chat-based future and design thinking live events, before taking it into HSBC and further testing and validating a new business model across the group to unlock employee ideas using applied digital collaboration.
She was at least five years ahead of the market, Most recently, she has been working inside in emerging data science and innovation at Lloyds Banking Group, managing cross-functional fintech, data and sustainability delivery teams and partnerships.
In 2023, Cat partnered with the WHN to launch the Patient Expert Group, along with a series of global missions to help organise the incredible amount of unpaid work that is happening across the patient advocacy ecosystem.
