Carlos Troncoso Phillips

Carlos is an electronics engineer, focused on process optimization by genetic algorithms and neural networks. During his career, he got involved in healthcare, in which he’s been for the last 15 years. He’s member of Thinkmint, a team of specialists in hospital design, and operations. Since the beginning of the pandemic, he became member of Data Covid Chile, a Covid communication group that focused on a weekly live presentation, in which they translated hard science data into easy to understand graphs, while explaining them in simple terms to the general public.
